1. Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders across India — no minimum order value, no hidden charges. The price you see is the price you pay.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all pin codes within India only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

3. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

You will receive an order confirmation on your registered email or WhatsApp number once your order is placed.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier availability, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Courier Partners

We ship through trusted courier partners including Delhivery, XpressBees, and other reliable logistics providers. The courier partner is assigned automatically based on your delivery location to ensure the fastest delivery.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/WhatsApp/email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery status on the courier partner's website.

If you have not received a tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

7. Payment Options

  • Prepaid — UPI, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Card (processed securely at checkout)
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) — available across most pin codes in India

COD availability may vary by location. If COD is not available for your pin code, you will be notified at checkout.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your book arrives damaged or your order is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damaged item (if applicable)

We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.

9. Wrong Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate at the time of placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address information.

If a delivery attempt fails and the package is returned to us, we will contact you to re-ship. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
